The company Gigabyte has unveiled its new laptops, and to provide variety, it is a laptop belonging to the family of Ultrabooks, and another for the gamer public, and while they share some features, the benefits of each are quite peculiar.
Let’s start with the Gigabyte U2442, a laptop that the company qualified as an Ultrabook. It integrates a 14-inch screen with resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels. In terms of capacity, the U2442 has 750 GB of internal memory, plus inside features the latest generation of Intel Core i5 or Ivy Bridge Core i7 as your choice, plus a GeForce GT 640M with 2 GB memory. The cast of connections we find two USB 3.0 ports and another pair 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI output and WiFi 802.11. Of course that being a ultrabook, the main aspect is the lightness and thickness, and in this case we are talking about a weight of 1.49 kg and 18.5 mm thick.
As for the Gigabyte P2542G, have 15.6-inch Full HD, Intel Core i7 Ivy Bridge, GeForce GT 640 graphics card with 2 GB of dedicated memory, internal memory and 750 GB Blu-ray. As for connections, we find two USB 3.0 ports and an HDMI output, if you want to play on another screen. And you can choose between SSD or hard drives.
Still unknown the details about their launch and price of these systems, but obviously depending on the type of memory you choose, will increase or decrease its price. Hopefully the company reveals more details in the coming days.
