Asus X102BA: Portable Touch Screen notebook equipped with aTemash APU
Asus has expanded its range of notebooks with the addition of a new touchscreen notebook equipped with the A4-1200 APU, the Asus X102BA. This new laptop features a low-power Temash APU also includes integrated graphics and the AMD Radeon 8000 Series.
This new notebook is the first Touch notebook incorporating Temash A4-1200 APU. This Jaguar APU comes with two cores running at a frequency of 1 GHz as it incorporates an integrated Radeon HD 8180 graphics card. As mentioned the APU A4-1200 is a low-power APU in particular has a TDP of 3.9 W.
Although the performance of this Asus X102BA is not its main asset, it does not mean that it is not going to provide a satisfying user experience. The X102BA has a 33Wh battery that lets you view HD movies (720p) for a period of 5 hours. Using this equipment for surfing the internet can increase the duration by more than 5 hours.
The screen has a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels and features a 720p camera. It will be available with 2 or 4 GB of memory and hard drive DRR3 will have a capacity of 500 GB, 320 GB on the base model. This ultraportable incorporates connectivity via Wifi N, Bluetooth 4.0, a USB 3.0 port, SD card slot and VGA video outputs and HDMI.
