Acer: the first to launch a Chromebook with Intel Core i3






It seems that acer is looking to once again lead the market for Chromebooks, Acer today announced the launch of a new series that stands out as the first equipped with a fourth generation Intel Core i3 processor. The award-winning Chromebook Acer C720 is available in two models, both with these Intel Core i3 processors, which provide the user much faster performance than the previous generation.

The Acer C720, as we said at the beginning, is available in two versions: one with Intel Core i3-40005U (1.7 Ghz, 3MB L3 cache) and 4GB of RAM DDR3 processor that costs $ 379.99 (about 280 euros) and another with the same processor but 2 GB of DDR3 RAM which costs $ 349.99 (about 250 euros).
